New season of baseball

You could say Carter has been running. He earned his 20 mile key chain last week in PE.


We had Open House last Monday and I am so blessed that Carter has had a FANTASTIC year! I hope it continues!

Carter had his first Mudcat baseball game on Saturday. He had a good time and it has been fun taking the role of team mom. :)

Not off to a good start

The one hundredth day of school Carter's teacher dressed as an 100 year old grannie. Great fun!

Kara is such a baby doll girl! She dresses them, puts them to bed, feeds and gives baths, plus reads to them as well. It is fun to watch and listen to her as well as play with them with her.

She and I made valentine's cookies too and her favorite part is the frosting and the sprinkles!

Last Sunday we heard a strange noise tapping on the window and went outside to find sleet falling so here they are in the "frozen ice!"

Valentine's day was filled with surprises for Carter and Kara. Long story short Carter got a new pair of Nike that he has been wanting. Kara got a new bitty dress.

Thursday was the boosterthon fun run at school and Carter ran 32 laps!

It is crazy how quick February is going by and I have been horrible at posting any news. Of course, much of this delay is due to the computer being on the fritz, but we will see how the month of March goes. Carter has started baseball again and is on a new league and team. We are the Carolina Mudcats. His first game is this coming Saturday and this weekend we getting our uniform ready.

School is busy as usual and that is winding down or at least I feel we are in the home stretch with 66 days to go. :0
